3 day Reset Plan

The number three is a valuable number in my practise and personal life. The consistency of doing something 3 times in a row, builds momentum and is often the tipping point we need to see a small change. It shifts the mind and the bodily processes.

This protocol is for anyone that can use a boost, wether you feel a 2%, recovering from a virus, reintroducing a new habit for your acne, digestive issues, insomnia, fertility, migraines, anxiety, depression or simply when you can use a boost after the festive season.
